Yes, DC keyboard and mouse are fully supported. Multiplayer is only supported with 2-player splitscreen (no on-line functionality), and you have a variety of gamemodes - cooperative, Bloodbath (deathmatch), and "soccer", where two players have to kick a zombie head across a field goal for a total of however many points in the particular map.
